Error:List has no rows for assignment to SObject #176

I am getting an error when viewing any Surveys.

Error message: Error:List has no rows for assignment to SObject TestSurvey

I cannot say without looking at the log but make sure you have SurveyID in the URL (id=....). If there is no ID then the page cannot check the record and it results in that error
