[FEATURE] Relay token creation from Mighty Summoner to GM #110

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users currently need permission to create tokens in order to use the Mighty Summoner.

Describe the solution you'd like Since Warpgate is a dependency now, this can be circumvented by relaying the creation to the GM by using warpgates event system.

Hmm, on further inspection this is quite a bit of work and maybe it's not needed at all. I'll close it for now.
