Adds a setting to toggle the Raise Calculator button.
Adds a keybing to open the Raise Calculator.
Adds localization to the Raise Calculator.
Added a listener to Raise Calculator's Target Number, so the raises are updated when changing either the TN or Roll. Fixes #121
