Here is an example of a SMART goal related to watching and learning from Udemy courses to improve my coding knowledge and build confidence in my career: Specific: Completing three Udemy courses on web development using JavaScript, React and Nodejs, focusing on topics directly relevant to my working area. Measurable: Keeping track of progress by completing each course and monitoring the percentage of course content completed. Additionally, assess my confidence level in my future job after completing the programs using a self-assessment scale. Achievable: Ensuring the goal is realistic by considering the time available for studying and completing the courses, my current level of knowledge and ability to dedicate sufficient time to learning. Relevant: Improving coding knowledge through Udemy courses aligns with Code Your Future’s profound modules enhancing programming skills and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Furthermore, building confidence contributes to my future goal of professional growth and advancement in my career. Time-bound: Set a specific time frame to complete the goal, such as completing the three courses within the next two or three months. Additionally, set incremental dates to complete particular modules or sections within each program.
