Samsung Captivate can't deal in Spider solitaire #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open spider solitaire on a samsung galaxy s captivate
2. Observe no onscreen deck to tap and no trackball to click; try pressing 
other buttons to no avail
3. Conclude that there is no way to play on a phone with no trackball
4. Add a "deal" button in a corner of the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to deal somehow but can't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version as of 9/10/2010 update on a droid samsung galaxy s captivate 
(at&t variety)

Please provide any additional information below.

I updated Ken's code and recompiled it so send me an e-mail and I'll send you 
the updated version.  It uses the search key to deal the cards.  I talked with 
Ken and he was going to post the update, but I assume he is too busy.  I would 
post it on the Market myself, but that costs $25.00.  E-mail:

I am having similar issues with my Xperia X10 from Sony Ericsson.  However, the 
phone does not have a dedicated search key needed to make the update work.  Any 
other suggestions?

See issue 61, there is a download link for annother updated version with a menu 
entry for "Deal".

Im having this issue with my Samsung Galaxy Gio, no trackball, so no spider :/.

I am using the Samsung galaxy tablet and have neither a search button or track 
ball with which to play spider.

I have a Samsung 10.1 and have the same problem....... please fix issue.

You can download Solitaire NG from the market or install the .apk in attachment 
which is the same game recompiled to authorize dealing by using volume_up or 
volume_down button.

guillaum, can you upload a version that only has the deal button added and not 
the other changes? The images don't look great on the tablet and the design 
doesn't look right anymore either.
