Migrate away from Google code #503

Google code will be read only on August 25th.

Is there any migration plan for the issue hosting? GitHub seems a excellent 
place for that (even when there is no open source code).

Probably Bitbucket, but I am not sure. There is really no hosting service that 
can live up to Google Code's usability.
