Description:
The talent Aspiration in the Discipline tree isn't reducing the cooldown of Inner Focus. The tooltip is affected and says the Inner Focus cooldown is 2.4 minutes, however in practice the cooldown remains at 3 minutes. All other spells (Penance, Pain Suppression, Power Infusion) that should have their cooldown reduced by Aspiration are working as they should.
How to reproduce:
Spec a priest into Discipline and cast Inner Focus and Pain Suppression. Both have a base cooldown of 3 minutes but with 2/2 Aspiration only the cooldown of Pain Suppression is reduced from 3:00 to 2:24.
How it should work:
Aspiration should also reduce the cooldown of Inner Focus from 3:00 to 2:24.
