[Death knight] Dark command #1298

Description: DK Dark command doesent work in PvP on enemy pets(works 1 in 10 times).This spell is werry importand since i can interrups warlock sucuba charm on my partner or any other actions.

How to reproduce: Enter duel ,arena or BG and cast Dark Command on enemy pet,or cant while pet casting on other person.

How it should work: It should force pet to attack u and interrupt any actions from pet on other person.
