Hello, i just have 2set from healing set t10 for priests and after flash heal i can see i get buff for few sec but that healing didnt tick only buff shows but no healing :(
How to reproduce:
I just heal myself or someone else me or player can get buff but its not healing over 9 sec
How it should work:
It should work your flash heal have 33% chance to cause the target to heal for 33% of the healed amount over 9 sec.
