Description: Arcane Potency works only for the first tick of arcane missiles the crit chance should work for the whole channelling.

How to reproduce:
Get arcane potency talent and use arcane missiles while looking at it's crit chance. Seems like it's working only on first tick.
How it should work:
It should give 30% crit for the full channelling.
Seems to be working now.
