I was in a level 25 guild previously and the guild perk bountiful bags procced a lot during disenchanting on my dk "botsdk". On joining a new guild the bountiful bags proc no longer works as I've disenchanted at least 100+ pieces of the same gear and not a proc once. I have changed level 25 guilds around 3 times on that character to test if it would work in another guild but it simply doesn't proc and I'm assuming it is a bug.
