Description: Warlock's cdr talents aren't working as they should. Bane and Demonic Power
How to reproduce:
These two talents are not decreasing cast time, Imp attack speed to 1.5 sec and Shadow Bolt to 2.0 sec. When you distribute the points, the passive works, after you close the game and open to play later, they no longer work
How it should work:
Bane and Demonic Power should reduce the cast time, even if I open the game later
