Description: quest The Falcon's Essence(10991) when turned in the npc despawns and the item (Arthorn's Sparrowhawk Whistle (32657)) to summon the npc is removed making the follow up quest, The Hawk's Essence (10992), impossible to start.

How to reproduce:

How it should work: the quest item shouldn't be removed with each quest turn in, doing so locks the strand.

Arthorn Windsong in Ruuan Weald, Blades Edge Moutian will give whistle if lost.
