CURLOPT_NOBODY causes http response 200 #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use any api function
2. print_r the response
3. See if you get http response 200 all the time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: api call success
Instead: http code 200

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Hostgator

Please provide any additional information below.
Commenting out line 725 "curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_NOBODY, 0);" solves the 
problem
