Seth is experiencing frequent crashes seemingly related to JEI or possibly The One Probe

All server dependencies other than JEI will be removed as of 1.24 according to this list: https://i.imgur.com/MrFml22.png

Also TOP and TOP Addons will be removed and replaced with HWYLA

Tentatively this looks fixed. Will reopen if this changes/turns out to be wrong.
