Add simple script to read introns from BAM file

usage: splicebam.py [-h] --bam BAM [--threads THREADS] [--output OUTPUT]

optional arguments:
  -h, --help         show this help message and exit
  --bam BAM          Path to the coordinate-sorted indexed BAM file
  --threads THREADS  Number of threads to decompress BAM file
  --output OUTPUT    Output file name
