#8 Error msg's in footer of embed #9

If the bot can not communicate with either API's then an error message will appear at the bottom of the embed message.

I am pretty sure this will do it but I need to test the code to make sure that it works as intended before it goes into the bot.

Had some issues with my PC signing the document....
