Describe the work done
Concerns regarding the initial requirements document were identified and questions which addresses these concerns were documented and prepared for the interview with the client. The task was a success as relevant questions were able to be formulated which can facilitate the identification of essential functional and non-functional requirements of the client.
The completion deadline for the project remains unchanged. This phase of work was planned and executed within the allocated time frame which aligns with the overall project schedule and does not need to be committed to the repository.

Goal of task: The task aims to identify the key issues of the initial requirements document and provide a foundation to pinpointing relevant questions to obtain the functional and non-functional requirements of the project.
Success of the task is dependent on how well relevant questions which are able to extract important details regarding the implementation can be pinpointed.
