Describe the work done in detail:
In this task, the team was able to effectively extract key functional and non-functional requirements of the system which were unclear in the initial client requirements document. However, some questions were unable to be posed due to a time constraints and need to be addressed at a later time through other channels. Overall the task was successful as significant information regarding the foundation behind the system was obtained.
The completion deadline for the project remains unchanged. This phase of work was planned and executed within the allocated time frame which aligns with the overall project schedule and does not need to be committed to the repository.

Description of task: The task involves the reaching out and liaising with the client to discern the functional and non-functional requirements using questions devised from task 1.1.1. Ideas will also be pitched to the client in response to any uncertainties that he may have.
Goal of task: The task aims to gather important requirements which will be specified by the client in response to the questions posed. It also aims to pinpoint any concerns or desires that the client may have regarding the project.
Success of task hinges on the obtaining of high quality requirements which can aid in the development and theoretical foundation of what the system should focus on.
