Describe the work done in detail: In this task, questions which provided answers to deriving any requirements which were not mentioned by the client were posed. Any assumptions made were also clarified and confirmed by the client. This task was completed successfully as the questions and assumptions were sent out to the client.
This task was completed on time and within schedule and does not need to be commited to the repository.

Description of task: The task involves the identifying of questions which will be incorporated in the questionnaire to further extract any additional requirements from the client while also addressing any assumptions.
Goal of task: The task aims to formulate questions which will cover any questions that were not addressed in the initial interview while also ensuring that any assumptions made are aligned with the client's requirements.
Success of the task is dependent on the formulation of high quality questions which are able to effectively extract new requirements which are essential to the project.
