Describe the work done in detail: In this task, the client was consulted on some of the key UI and UX components which they would prefer. Research was performed and general requirements such as font sizes, color schemes and themes were identified. The colors and font sizes chosen prioritized accessibility and readability ensuring a good visual experience for the visually impaired.
The task was a success as the UI and UX requirements were understood and identified, providing the basis for the application.
The completion deadline for the project remains unchanged. This phase of work was planned and executed within the allocated time frame which aligns with the overall project schedule and does not need to be committed to the repository.

Success of the task is dependent on the accurate identification of requirements which can support responsive design and accessibility within the application.
