Description of task: This task involves the assignment of an overseer to Retrospection 2. This member will ensure that all points noted in retrospection 1 will be followed and that members of the group must make an effort to improve. For retrospection 2, the member should ensure that every member makes an effort in addressing the relevant points of concerns which were noted in the retrospection.

Goal of task: The task aims to ensure that all group members will address the areas which did not go as expected for the upcoming Milestone M2 to ensure better quality work.

Success of the task is dependent on the member to oversee the progress of the group while working on the M2 milestone.

The team has diligently addressed the issues that arose during our evaluation of M1 performance, focusing on enhancing our performance as we transition into the M2 milestone. We recognized the importance of better communication, clarifying doubts promptly, and maintaining clear definitions of tricky requirements. To address these challenges, we have implemented proactive updates and ensured a quicker clarification of doubts. Face-to-face meetings have become a more regular routine, allowing us to swiftly address questions and minimize errors. By actively addressing these concerns, we have improved our team's dynamics and workload management for M2. We believe that by further refining our processes, we will to be better equipped for the upcoming M3 phase.
