Describe the work done in detail:
The team demonstrated learning from past mistakes as team members were more communicative and expressed more desire in trying to understand the thought processes of their teammates. An example of this improvement would be when one of the members were unable to understand why they did the tasks in a certain manner, they actually bothered to learn more and figure out the person's thought process. This showed great growth in the team's communicative abilities and ensured smoother flow for the project.
This work does not need to be committed to the repository. This phase of work was also planned and executed within the allocated time frame which aligns with the overall project schedule, ensuring that the team is on track for completion in M3.

Description of task: This task involves the assignment of an overseer to Retrospection 3. This member will ensure that all points noted in retrospection 3 will be followed and that members of the group must make an effort to improve. For retrospection 3, the member should ensure that every member will enhance their efforts in the aspects highlighted in the retrospection.
Goal of task: The task aims to ensure that all group members will commit their efforts into enhancing their performances in the areas noted.
Success of the task is dependent on the member to oversee the progress of the group while working on the M2 milestone.
