added feature to set thumbnail for album #48

Added option to set the thumbnail of the created/updated albums to first, last or random image.

Hi,

thank you for your idea and contribution, it's always great to see a new PR, especially with new features!

I do have one question: The way the feature is implemented now, the thumbnails are updated every time the script runs for all albums in Immich. Not only the ones the script would have created and not only the ones it has created or added assets to during the current run. This means all album thumbnails would change with each run when setting the new option to random.

Is that behavior intentional?

Hi,

I have not thought about that as I only use external libraries with auto generated albums.

I actually started with last in the beginning, but thought random is a cool feature which I am using at the moment.
