I did numerous commits but my website is not online, could you show me where my mistake is?

Have a look at this page here: https://github.com/Sam-Le68/html-validation-fixes Is there anything wrong with the name of the index.html file?

p.s. This Issue is attached to the wrong repository. I was confused for a moment because I thought the question was about this repository, not the html-validation-fixes exercise.
