Upload Details of stolen Vehicle

• [ ] Add CRUD functionality for Create, Read, Update, Delete user details
• [ ] Add code for user to add the details of the vehicle.
• [ ] Added details maybe of any data type. (text, passwords, files, audio, video, images, etc)
• [ ] Allow single & multiple uploads
• [ ] Allow users to update added details ( maybe add more photos etc)
• [ ] Allow users to Read & view what details they have added
• [ ] Allow users to delete details that were wrongly added r that are not needed.
• [ ] Ensure all CRUD functionality is working with all data types & working fine
