[ ] Link to a police API to report of the stolen vehicle.
[ ] Send the added details to the police API
[ ] Send real-time alerts to police radio & coms & station within a given radius about stolen vehicle.
[ ] Send auto-request to the police to generate an OB or generate automatically and await police approval.
