I have a daily tracking notification that always vibrates, even if my phone is in do-not-disturb mode, and in the Android settings the notifications for the app are set to "no sound".
My request would be to:
either have a checkbox in the app for tracking reminders where you can turn vibration on/off
or emit notifications in a way such that the do-not-disturb and app-level notification settings are considered
