starting kingdom #45

tested adding it to a modpack, it worked the first world i created but i escape'd out of the start kingdom screen, every other world the overlay didn't show up on world creation and i haven't found a key to create the starting kingdom artificially

ok, restarted and it started working again, still no idea on how to start a kingdom without having to create a new world though

Creating a kingdom is not possible via a key - if you enter a world it will ask to make one. I agree it would be nice to have a key for existing worlds.
