[Configuration service] Should the StoreCurrent operation for a hard-coded config throw an appropriate MAL error? #119

3.4.13.2 j) states:

If the request is for a hard-coded configuration then the relevant service provider must fail the store request.

There's no explicit mention of an error being thrown/returned here, would it make sense to return an UNSUPPORTED_ERROR here?
