Configuration service : missing Sequence Diagram #27

Several operations have been added since the last issue of the common services and it is not easy to determine the order and the sequencing in which they could / should be used.

Please consider adding a sequence diagram following section 3.4.1

The aim of the use cases in section 2 is to show how it can be used in a few different situations as there is no one fixed way to use it.
