Controlling the generation of a single statisticLink #242

As it is designed, the enableGeneration operation allows to control either the generation of a group of statistic links or all the statisticLinks linked to a statistic function. It seems that the only way to control the generation of a single statistic link is to use the updateParameterEvaluation operation.

Please clarify and if true, complete the general section of the enableGeneration operation.
