clicking exe to launch app does nothing #147

Thanks for this app, I'm trying to get it working on Windows 10.

It installs fine, but when clicked to launch, the ChromeCast.Desktop.AudioStreamer.exe file launches nothing.

When I check the Task Manager, it confirms that no process has been launched. I have also checked 'Select which icons appear in the taskbar'. I tried disabling antivirus and tuning off my Windows Firewall. l also tried launching the .exe as an Administrator.

I can confirm other Chromecast apps like VLC media player find the Chromecast renderers from this PC and cast without issues.

Odd, can you try if you have the same issue with Setup 5.1.6.zip?

... and check if there's an entry in the application log in the Windows event viewer!?

Nice, thanks. It was most likely the check in the application that prevented running multiple instances of the application that failed for you.

I'm closing this issue.
