Add Gathering Assistant #3

This is a proposed feature that might require some outside assistance.

Like the Zone Completion Assistant, add a Gathering Assistant to point players in the direction of gathering node locations. If necessary, this could also include the ability to mark locations in maps with gathering nodes.

Will need to either set up some sort of server to receive node location data, or team up with an existing website to make use of their interface.

Something like gw2nodes.com might work.

There's also these fixed locations http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/1xffs0/permanent_rich_ore_locations_30_final_version/ for rich nodes. I think most of them still applies.

This is no longer in future plans, as the Tasks Tracker can serve as a customizable gathering assistant, among other things.
