The app should be based on a local database (later allow iCloud sync etc.) that stores ratet items called Rit(s) as entities. These should have at least the following attributes:

Folder
Tag
Title
Description
Link
Pictures
Notes
QR/Bar-Code
GPS Location

It should be possible to quickly create a Rit (short for Rate-It) via a shortcut or long press on app icon. Also when sharing an image there should be the possibility to create a quick Rit.
