I was hoping to come across an official Missouri repo so that I could file an issue on the RCVS-hack. Didn't find anything, but I'm glad I found your exposé!

I hereby demand that Governor Mike Parson of Missouri resign in disgrace for negligent, unauthorized digital publication of Personally Identifiable Information across an international computer network.

Exemplary work, by the way.
