[Feature Request] Horizontal navigation bar? #503

Extend the nav menu component to support horizontal nested nav bars like this.

@AlseinX - this is on my todo list. I just don't have any idea yet when I will be able to tackle it. I think we will be trying to fix bugs first and then adding features. If anyone else out there wants to start I can help.
