No support of jQuery 2 #169

When using jQuery 2.0, MiniProfiler overrides jQuery by its 1.7 version and it causes some troubles with other librairies previously loaded capture

Ok I wanted to do the correction and I saw that it is corrected since 20 days. So I just need to wait the update of the NuGet package. Do we know when an other package will be published?

This has been resolved it seems in latest
