Remove zero-width-no-break space in html partial #190

This space causes some issues in HTML pages, e.g. a white bar below the footer of a page (where mini-profiler is injected).

Is there a reason it is there?

Thanks. I duplicated this commit here.

We're slowly moving support of MiniProfiler to its new home: https://github.com/MiniProfiler - once each language's implementation is finished, we'll announce the move.

I still see this bug (the new line as in 180), in the latest master from MiniProfiler... :s

Could you release a new gem with this fix?
