Separated this task into two, one for OpenDrop and one for Conan-ML

and assign 2 to each of those tasks. each task is too much workload for one person.

@Ahmed-A-Dev Only one person should be responsible for one task. If you think the task is too much workload for one person then we need to split the task again. However, I will leave it like this since both tasks are already finished.
