Issue Board: Split the large tasks into small tasks

If applicable, split any large unfinished tasks (tasks that are not completed or reviewed) that you own or are assigned to into smaller tasks for team members to allocate themselves.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Every task should have only one assignee. If a task has more than one assignee, it should be split into multiple smaller tasks, each with a single assignee.
• Tasks should be able to be completed within a few days. If a task is too large to be finished in this timeframe, the assignee/owner should split it into smaller tasks.
• Every task should include a description and acceptance criteria, clearly outlining what needs to be done. Also, the priority, size and the start/end date should be specified. If applicable, add a label and assign it to a milestone too.
• Once you have completed the splitting of tasks, notify the entire team.
