The navigation bar blocking interaction behind it is a known issue that impacts about 10% of users. It has been inaccurately attributed to faulty keys in the keyboard, causing most reports to be made through that. We have intentionally disabled hiding the bar when launching apps in an attempt to replicate the bug. While we have been unable to duplicate it during testing, changes have been made to attempt resolving it.

Issue Description
In a recent update the accessibility bar is showing up automatically when opening an app instead of having to just swipe up, if I click the button to hide it the touch screen behind where it was doesn't respond but I can click stuff above it just fine.
