If your pipeline is quite good, people might not realise it's a cunningly well organised stack of misfitting blocks that have been made by other people. When the pipeline finishes, it should remind users whose tools were used and provide citations for them.

Turns out it's quite straightforward to get a bibtex entry from a DOI. I'm thinking each rule or spell could be associated with one or more DOI that get looked up if they are executed.
