Provide overview figure #50

Hi Sam I think it would be helpful if the "well stacked set of bioinformatics blocks" could be supported with an overview figure of what happens in the pipeline 😄 . e.g. image

The best figures are the ones you already have made for something else 😄

Great idea. My work on this was unfortunately brutally interrupted and so the documentation certainly needs some love.

Hi folks! I feel terrible that I've not come back to this. I'm hoping that I'll be able to write reticulatus up formally over the Christmas holiday (if one can call it that), which will include some much needed TLC for the docs, features for snakemake upstream, and outstanding issues. @tanaes I'd be grateful for anything you'd think would be useful as a user!
