Yeah, I've seen the changes regarding entrypoint.sh but that shouldn't make a difference. I found a way to avoid creating such a file, but the solution only works for SAS and heasoft. I'm unsure how to achieve the same results with SIMPUT.
I've successfully built the image with the Dockerfile present in this PR. Therefore, everything should work fine since the creation of the ccf.cif file worked fine.
Depending on my time, I'll run the code until next week and check again.
