To make my life easier:

[ ] Take the most recent (based on start time) observation
[ ] Generate the corresponding exposure maps for EMOS1, EMOS2, and EPN
[ ] Apply the exposure maps to all images

Note: These exposure maps are equal to the det_mask used previously by Sam.
