Fixes the amount of AGNs to generate
Makes sure that the AGNs have the same position for all instruments
Adds creation of EMASK (previously known as det_mask)
Fixes some small issues

Regarding the amount of commits and the similar names: I tried to cleanup the branch with squashing some commits. That didn't work as expected...
