Bug with invalid game notification ID

Rarely, the error appears "Tried to handle a game notification, but the given notification id is invalid."

It might affect the AI being unable to accept or decline a game notification, but I'm not sure.

This error appears very rarely, so I might not have enough time to figure out its cause in time...

I haven't been able to reproduce it, so I'll remove this from the 4.1 milestone
