kvis2vcd missing data at end #13

I may be missing a footer or something; see the kvis and gtkwave shots from 9/27/19 in https://github.com/SamWibatt/FPGA_HD44780/wiki/Goal-3--Byte-Sender#notes how the traces end right with the second E pulse in gtk

Just needed to emit a last timestamp, though should investigate vcd format further.
