Pros

• Nice touch and feel; appealing design at first glance.
• Mobile responsiveness is on par.
• Generally readable and self explanatory code base.

Cons

• Error on first launch.

• Issues with grabbing tasks for dragging. Tasks can't be grabbed on specific areas yet no markings on where tasks should be grabbed. Screencast from 2023-12-17 16-29-50.webm

• bun dev doesn't specifically install package dependencies as documented in README.md.

• No documentation on MongoDB and necessary environment variables required.

• Project folder structure is less organised. API folders should be clearly grouped.

• ts-ignore? fix your type errors!

Summary

1. Had more focus on aesthetics, less on actual functionality. Simple design that works > aesthetics that don't work.
2. You should commit in chunks; best version control flow for team collaboration and DevOps culture.
3. Overall nice project except little errors; recommend a re-review.
